As a team member at Washington National Counseling, you'll enjoy a supportive work environment from the top down. You will receive ongoing training, support to enhance your effectiveness, and guidelines for maintaining high professional standards to help you deliver your best each and every day. Ongoing training includes PCIT, PFR, PPP, Project SafeCare, FPS, FFT, IY, and CFI. We make it easy to enhance your skills and abilities as well as stay up-to-date with new information and guidelines.
Even though you will work individually, you'll be part of a supportive, helpful team. When you need insights to accomplish breakthroughs with the families you serve, experienced senior professionals on the team are ready support you with helpful insights and practical suggestions.
As a team member at Washington National Counseling, you'll have a manager who sincerely cares about your success and well-being. You will have flexible hours you can tailor to fit your needs. You will work with new and interesting people and help them change the course of their family life for the better.
Therapists and visitation specialists may elect to join the team as either an employee or as a subcontractor.
Successful candidates will provide visitation transportation and supervision for children in foster care.
