Ongoing training includes PCIT, PFR, PPP, Project SafeCare, FPS, FFT, IY, and CFI. We make it easy to enhance your skills and abilities as well as stay up-to-date with new information and guidelines.

Even though you will work individually, you'll be part of a supportive, helpful team. When you need insights to accomplish breakthroughs with the families you serve, experienced senior professionals on the team are ready support you with helpful insights and practical suggestions.

Therapists and visitation specialists may elect to join the team as either an employee or as a subcontractor.

Therapists - minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
• Relevant training and certification(s) in any of the following: Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Promoting First Relationships (PFR), Positive Parenting Program (PPP; Triple P), Project SafeCare, Family Preservation Services (FPS), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), Incredible Years (IY), or Crisis Family Intervention (CFI)
• PPP and PFR therapists: minimum 2 years of experience working with at-risk families
• All other therapists (PCIT, Project SafeCAre, FPS, FFT, IY, and CFI): minimum 1 year of experience working with at-risk families
• Able to work without supervision
• Minimum one year working with children (not including your own family)
• Able to work with a diverse community
• Excellent speaking and writing skills
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record
• Willing to travel (within greater Puget Sound; Olympia to Everett)
• Able to pass a background check
• Bi-lingual a plus (not required)
• Prefer full-time, flexible work schedule

Visitation Transportation and Supervision Specialists

Successful candidates will provide visitation transportation and supervision for children in foster care.

• Minimum one year working with children (not including your own family)
• Able to work without supervision
• Able to work with a diverse community
• Good speaking and writing skills
• Current CPR, first aid and blood borne pathogens cards
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record
• Willing to travel (within greater Puget Sound; Olympia to Everett)
• Able to pass a background check
• Available to work full time with a flexible work schedule
• Bi-lingual a plus (not required)
